[$30] Not able to navigation back to challenge listings from Challenge details page

When you are on the challenge details page of any challenge, clicking "all challenges" on the top navigation does not work.

Steps to reproduce:
Go to: https://www.topcoder.com/challenges/30127027?tab=details
click on: All Challenges

Behavior: does not take user back to Challenge Listings
Expected behavior: should take user back to Challenge Listings page

@Oanh-and-only-Oanh @luizrrodrigues I have started to work on this issue, I find that 'All Challenges' link works for some challenges and doesn't working for others. It will take little bit more time, I'll finish in next 16 hours.
