When DS filter is used, it takes more than a minute to load the results.

When I turn off the DS filter and apply one of the filters from the right panel, it takes some time to load the result. Then when I scroll down to see more results, it is trying to lazy-load and each lazy loading takes a minute, which makes the user's experience not good.

This is for the SSR fixes @Oanh-and-only-Oanh Currently I think it is not deployed into any of our environments.

We are using 'Performance' Label to track the issues with the SSR fix.
