Multiple PkgResourcesDeprecationWarnings

While running setup.py on a fresh clone of tag 0.10 (commit 016f2c3657455617dae3c302cef7ca0c743df8e4 ) and I'm seeing a bunch of PkgResourcesDeprecationWarning messages.

In particular:

• dateutil: dateutil-X.Y.Z is an invalid version and will not be supported in a future release for X.Y.Z from 1.4 to 2.9.0
• pytz: PkgResourcesDeprecationWarning for versions 2004d to 2013d
• timeout: 1.1.0 to 4.0.3
