dplyr and tidyr have evolved in the past 2 years, and we need to update the front end of the tidy adapters

• tidySummarizedExperiment
• tidySingleCellExperiment
• tidyseurat
• tidySpatialExperiment
• plyranges

with the new functions, for example, slice_*, etc..
