UI enhancement : non-dynamic footer

can we make the footer less dynamic (only changes the active page and disable the old page )
watch the footer here while going from the wallet to farming to setting every time the whole page includes the footer change

The issue happens because the Layout Drawer is used on every screen, which reloads the bottom nav with every new routing. I tried refactoring the drawer to make the layout static and change only the content inside of it but that didn't work. I also tried removing the layout to a parent component to be used by all screens but that didn't work either.
