Update benchmark `weights.rs` files on all pallets using workflow

## Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

After updating workflow to generate benchmark `weights.rs` files for all pallets and automatically commit the files to branch (see #837) we want to make sure the workflow works and take advantage of this moment to update these files.
