Compare Original Files During Testing

This pull request resolves #61 by modifying the check_source_codes_format function as follows:

• Backs up the original source files under the build/original directory and restore them right before the function returns, either successfully or with error.
• Compares the formatted source file hashes with the original source file hashes, avoiding the need to calculate the source file hashes before copying the dirty source files.
• Removes the delay that was previously required before copying the dirty source files.
