Improve initial buy decision #1
Description
Currently the initial buy decision is only dependent on the price decrease compared to 24h before.
This neglects the situation, that a coin has been rising very strongly over the last days and will most likely drop much stronger in the near future than the average down steps can handle.
Also currently the first coin in the list is being bought, if the conditions are met, regardless whether a different coin would be suited better for a purchase.
