When will "INTELLIGENT COMPUTATIONAL MEDIA" course start?

Basically:

1. when does the course start
2. will there be videos available?
3. Can I use Keras to train agents externally using python + keras?

The course has started already. However, sadly there is no video or something.

If you only want to train something externally, I suggest just using Unity ML-Agents. They have python API so that you can use any library to train in python.
