RUNNER_REPOSITORY_URLandRUNNER_ORGANIZATION_URLcombined with aRUNNER_TOKENalready support any Github Enterprise. Unfortunately, the recommendedGITHUB_ACCESS_TOKENdoes connect withapi.github.comdirectly. Therefore one can not use this project together with a Github Enterprise instance.With this PR, the Github API is automatically derived from the provided URL.
