List of compatible devices & their required build version #132

Hey gang,
Thanks so much for working on this port for QNAP.
I have a TS-231K, which has an Anapurna Alpine AL214 ARM CPU. I gravitated to the ARM64 build, but found it is incompatible. I then decided to download all of the ARM releases and it turned out the "ARM-x41" build was the right one.
It might be a good idea to add a section to the README.MD of this repo that lists known compatible devices and the build version they require.
