Update documentation with file object use for document publish


After this enhancement #704 i am assuming we can upload file objects directly to [workbook publish method](https://tableau.github.io/server-client-python/docs/api-ref#workbookspublish). But I don't see that in the documentation. Also, sample usage would be helpful.
