Tabmon Service doesnt start

Getting "Access is denied" error while starting Tabmon service. I have checked and confirm that i am using admin account.
TabmonConfig, Log, pg_hba and error screenshot attached.
Can you please help me with this issue?

I'm having the same issue - I found that if you remove the MBEAN section from the Counters.config - TABMON service will start. I'm trying to find out why you have to remove those to get it to work......
