We could enable mqtt on Ubuntu Groovy, paho-mqtt is packaged on Groovy:
https://repology.org/project/paho.mqtt.c/versions
(I know, we've seen issues with Ubuntu Hirsute and paho-mqtt)

This PR is just a test (and an example) to show what changes are needed for a new platform addition.
