service xsd does not reflect parts of documentations

The service xsd filed here: http://symfony.com/schema/dic/services/services-1.0.xsd does not contain the "template" and "id" attributes for the "tag" - tag.

the "tag" can contain any attributes. It depends of the name of the tag (each tag will use its own set of attributes)

any bundle can decide to handle a tag. And the bundle using a tag is responsible to document the attributes it expects (and generally to throw an exception when finding one without a required attribute).

For instance, using core tags, twig.extension does not use any attribute, templating.helper expects a alias attribute, kernel.event_listener expects event and optionally method and priority...

But! Isn't my concern reasonable, if I say this is confusing? I did not find this hint in the docs.
The XML stuff is rarely documented, as - for example - there is no page that shows you how to set up the right namespace declarations (xml:ns and xsi:schemaLocations) and there is no equivalent example for the initial yml config in XML. But this may be another ticket, isn't it?
