Twig 2.x reached EOL in December. Adding support for Twig 4.x.
4.x doesn't have a release yet so we have to do
4.x-devincomposer.jsonalternatively we could do>=v3.0. Either way, twig is a dev dependency so while adding 4.x support now may make our test suite slightly brittle, I don't think it would be of much a concern.
