Remove `Subs.__cinit__` and `Derivative.__cinit__`

Reason is the same as why we don't have Add.__cinit__.
Subs.__cinit__ may create non-canonical expressions. Solution would be to remove this method and add a Subs.__init__ to symengine.sympy_compat.
