Describe the bug
After fetching all dependencies, autocompletion doesn't work. Here are logs from the Output:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- mkdir SwiftDemo
- cd SwiftDemo
- swift package init --name SwiftDemo
- Open project in VSCode
- Add some code to test autocompletion
- Autocomplete functionality doesn't work
Expected behavior
Autocomplete support works as expected
