[Mangler] Include verification errors in the crash log #80496

Introduce a convenience for aborting while printing a given message to a frame of the pretty stack trace. Use this in the existing places where we're currently doing this.
Make sure we include the verification error in the crash log.

Factor out
abortWithPrettyStackTraceMessage, and use it for mangler verification errors to ensure they get printed in the pretty stack trace.
