When completed, this will address #1049 by adding a new (hopefully fairly short) episode about virtual environments, why they are important, and the basics of how to work with them.

So far, I have only the learning objectives and a couple of exercises to assess them. More to come next week (I hope!)

This episode has become necessary since we adjusted our setup/install instructions to use miniforge instead of Anaconda.
