Plugin project seed (or similar)?

Is there some kind of seed project with all the boilerplate code to start coding a plugin?
You know, with all these build, package, publish stuff...

Should we start from the swagger-ui source or can be an isolated project?

Cannot find anything in the repo doc nor anything released in the wild.

This is something I'm working on currently, I've been meaning to write a ticket for it 😄

In the meantime, my Cornify plugin is a decent published plugin boilerplate: https://github.com/shockey/swagger-ui-cornify

It has build and release steps built into npm scripts, as well as Webpack. It lacks a way to use JSX or a development environment for the plugin itself.
