The tutorial for Actions - Adding parameters is incomplete at the moment.

I would like to implement this, so this issue serves only as a place to track progress on this.

@varholak-peter apologies this has sat here for so long. Are you content with the current contents of the tutorial, or does your contribution add things that are missing?

@antony I believe the current implementation in the tutorial is sufficient. As such, I believe that my previous implementation is no longer relevant and we can close the PR as well as this issue.
