Using `$inspect` on elements causes DOMException, Infinite recursion, and null deref

$inspect bound this cause bad and inconsistent error message

Reproduction

1. HTML Parsing panic
2. Uncaught TypeError: Illegal invocation
3. Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded

What do you mean by HTML parsing panic on the first one? I don't see any parse error

Second seems to be caused by some weird Array type without a prototype on Document.adoptedStylesheets, although looking around seems like it'd happen to any null prototype object

The error is totally different when you are dealing with different HTML elements, so I assume it's an error about HTML parsing
Note: I didn't succeed to replicate the different error I had yesterday, but it was something like failed to read "style" property from 'Document'

Also, maybe it's related, but I do not understand why the effect doesn't get updated from bound this on this REPL.
Is that normal, a bug tightly coupled with the one of this issue, or another issue I should open in this repo?

Looks like a different issue.
