animate:flip broken in Svelte 5

Reproduction

click "add" to add toasts
click on toast, to remove
adding/removing toasts is without flip-animation

Should be fixed by:

Adding a toast looks like it animates the others, sliding them up, but not removing one.

Was about to amend that. @trueadm has been working on that stuff and there are still certain cases that have issues.
