File explorer's and menu button's items don't show any feedback to being hovered.

Hovering stuff generally should give a feedback that the thing is clickable, generally something like highlighting the background, and maybe changing the mouse cursor to the little hand, but the tutorials don't do it, so it feels really off. Adding that feedback would be nice :)
