Create a timeline or a what's new page

With how fast the Svelte team is shipping, it's hard to catch-up the new features.

Sure there are change-logs, but it includes fixes, and are linked to PR not the specific docs.

I know there is a "What's new" post being prepared, but it's a one-time post. #1559

For example:

• 5.39.0: (experimental) async SSR
• 5.36.0: (experimental) await expressions

I can't find the link right now, but I thibk something like this already built for the show This week in Svelte show hosted by @paoloricciuti.

Perhaps that app could be featured more prominently on the svelte.dev webpage? Or perhaps even integrated into the same codebase. It is very useful to filter all release notes and only show features for example.
