Minor changes to docs regarding usages of "e.g."

Another improvement I see is shuffling Prerendering individual pages to immediately after

export const ssr = false;

since it's directly relevant, but that's just me. Technically it's not overscoped considering it's all under SvelteKit's SPA docs page but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
