Windows does not install fonts in C:\Windows\Fonts as default location anymore.
Instead, the fonts get copied to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts.
This PR also checks this folder (if it exists) to include the fonts in the default
FontResolver.
