Official release version (1.x)

I received a request for an official (1.x) release of this project and expect to have this ready by the end of July 2016. I think the following items are needed:

• Fix Windows version to use OpenSSL crypto library instead of libTomCrypt (ref: Replace libTomCrypt with OpenSSL crypto library in Windows version #30)
• Stable version for Android (ref: Missing Android N compatibility because of behavior changes sqlcipher/android-database-sqlcipher#216)

For the Android version I would rather rebuild it to use Android-sqlite-connector instead of the android-database-sqlcipher Java classes. This would be a lighter-weight solution and would report the correct number of rows affected for INSERT statements that affect multiple rows (due to SELECT cause or using TRIGGER(s), for example). Ref: sqlcipher/sqlcipher#125
