Minor improvement introduce

In this release, we introduce several improvements over code style and quality and fix the following issue:

• Projects depending on scala-faker have a custom resource file in the test that will fail in the test scope. scala-faker uses predefined seed data (i.e., defined in resources/application.conf) to generate values for Person and Phone

Fix metadata in artifact pushed

Features provided are the same as v0.1.0-rc1.

First staging release

The same as v0.1.0-SNAPSHOT. This is to try the initial release process with Sonatype Repository Manager.

This is the initial release of Scala-Faker. It provides Scala implementation for most of the fakers available at Go Faker as of today.
