Pepsi challenge is current running in GCP. This user story is for the migration of PC to AWS.

This has been largely done, the only thing left to do:

• Use the Stacklok Github App for Github Authentication
• Migrate the comparisons.db file into AWS from GCP so that all model comparison data is kept.
