It would be valuable to know which insight.stacklok.com traffic come from CodeGate.

Non-Goals

  • Indicate which CodeGate provider was used (although this could possibly be done with a similar method).

Adds `utm_source=codegate` to generated package links pointing to
`insight.stacklok.com` to ensure that the origin of that
traffic is clear and measurable in analytics tools.
