Error in sqlmapapi

What's the problem (or question)?

Sqlmap use python2, when you execute sqlmapapi in a system with python2 and python3, then occurs the following error:

[CRITICAL] incompatible Python version detected...

You can change the following lines in sqlmap/lib/utils/api.py to resolv this error:
Note the change in **Popen(["python"**

        elif os.path.exists(os.path.join(os.getcwd(), "sqlmap.py")):

        elif os.path.exists(os.path.join(os.path.abspath(os.path.dirname(sys.argv[0])), "sqlmap.py")):

Can't just dummily change python to python2. There has to be better solution as there ARE lots of systems where python is still Python2, while python2 doesn't exists

With the latest revision, sys.executable or "python" formation is used
