Pack library into jar/aar so that it can be easily consumed by Android Studio gradle projects.

Hello @AndroidGecko

We are aware of the sqlcipher-gradle project, as it came about from a discussion on the SQLCipher mailing list. While we have not integrated this as a deployment mechanism, we plan to review it in the future.
