i think that the build-openssl-libraries.sh script is not excluding things of openssl, when the script is runned you can notice the message
"./build-openssl-libraries.sh: line 35: no-gost: command not found"

Thanks for letting us know this. They may have removed something from the build script, but a porition of it still remains as an option within the utils/mk1mf.pl file. It doesn't appear to affect the build process, though we will keep an eye on it in future integrations of any newer OpenSSL releases. Thanks!
