Unwanted property file after extending WebServiceTemplate [SWS-470]

Extending the WebServiceTemplate forces me to implement the properties file named after the class i just created.
The property file contains defaults for the MessageFactory, Sender and Fault resolver. These are only applicable for the class being extended, WebServiceTemplate. I would suggest that the properties are read based on the class name that utilizes the properties and not the class being instanciated .
