Add timeout properties to Client-side transport [SWS-320]

A common requested feature is to set client-side timeouts. This is currently possible by creating your own HttpClient, and setting the SoTimeout on the HttpConnectionManager, but we should make this more convenient.

Resolved for the CommonsHttpMessageSender: it now has a connectionTimeout and readTimeout property. Doing this on other transports is not possible: the HttpURLConnection only got its connectionTimeout property in JDK 1.5, for instance.
