Update to latest SB/SF milestones

SB M5 and SF 6 will be available ~ 09/19/2022.

Remove manual import file once we go to SB M5

Had to revert b188436 (auto-generated auto-config imports file only in SB snapshot)

We are tracking on snapshots rather than milestones - nothing left to do here.
