Refine Kotlin `ParameterNameDiscoverer` tests

Related to #30052, we should improve ParameterNameDiscoverer Kotlin tests to make sure DefaultParameterNameDiscoverer behaves as expected and is consistent with KotlinReflectionParameterNameDiscoverer behavior.
