memory leak in class ConcurrentReferenceHashMap [SPR-16699]

looks like we met the similar issue (#16021) when using 4.3.5.RELEASE, the memory not goes down and can't get garbage-collected, you can check attached heap dump screenshot.

Please try to reproduce this against a recent release such as 4.3.15. It would help a lot to know whether the situation improved... since there have been several refinements in ConcurrentReferenceHashMap in the meantime.
