Drop mock.staticmock package from spring-aspects [SPR-14485]

AnnotationDrivenStaticEntityMockingControl turned into a source of build pain lately, in particular in IDE setup but now also in a JDK 9 based build. Since this is rather esoteric from a traditional Spring perspective, we'll remove the entire mock.staticmock package in 5.0 (marking it as deprecated in 4.3.2) and leave it up to projects shipping those aspecs on their own (e.g. Roo).
