ImportSelector and ImportBeanDefinitionRegistrar should be able to implement EnvironmentAware [SPR-10602] #15231

Dave Syer opened SPR-10602 and commented
Similar motivation as #15160. The Environment should be available when the processing is done (I think), and it would be quite useful to be able to modify behaviour based on the environment, as well as on static configuration hard-coded in annotations.
