Upgrade to Spring Data Hopper RC1

The upgrade to M1 introduced two workarounds for issues in Spring Data Hopper M1

• that has an improvement in the sample e703997 (we can just keep that as the new version of the sample according to @olivergierke )
• that was missing the aspectjweaver dependency. We need to remove that explicit dependency from the starter
