Provide a configuration property to auto-configure Jackson 3 for best compatibility with Spring Boot 3's Jackson 2 defaults

Rather than behaving exactly as configureForJackson2() does, I think we'll want it to set Jackson 3 up as close to how Boot 3.x used to set up Jackson 2 as we used to override a few of Jackson 2's defaults.

Good point, configureForJackson2() could probably be a good basis that we could refine with non-matching
Jackson2ObjectMapperBuilder default configuration. Please let me know if I can help.

Boot 3.x changes Jackson 2's defaults by:

• Disabling SerializationFeature.WRITE_DATES_AS_TIMESTAMPS
• Disabling SerializationFeature.WRITE_DURATIONS_AS_TIMESTAMPS

In its Jackson 2 compatibility mode, Jackson 3 enables both of these. We should use configureForJackson2() as the starting point and then disable both of these features to align as closely as possible with Spring Boot 3.x's Jackson 2 defaults.
