Replace ClientHttpRequestFactorySettings.Redirects with HttpRedirects

org.springframework.boot.http.client.ClientHttpRequestFactorySettings.Redirects with HttpRedirects.

We couldn't easily do it in 3.5.x, but in 4.0 we can replace the enum since the values are the same.
