Create 1.0.1.RELEASE

Due to URLs adjustments looks like we need to release 1.0.1 of this project. Thus templates that STS reference would have adjusted URLs.
There is #23 that needs to be merged. I have also decided to do the rest of the sweep based on the mentioned PR... but then it looks like stuff needs to be built and then copied into the builds folder from the target/output folder for si-sts-templates at least...

This project is pretty much defunct; it hasn't seen a commit in nearly 6 years. I guess it's superseded by Boot and Initializr.

Is there any value in bringing it up-to-date?

I've merged the PR. @ghillert how do we build and release this? I can't find a plan on Bamboo. Thx.

@garyrussell @ghillert I think I should be able to take care of it given push permissions and some help perhaps to build it properly. STS3 legacy projects wizard still uses this repo and given the URL adjustments that need to be done we are forced to do some work on the templates... I have another PR coming for this repo...
