Better way to include `deny-all` adapter into Spin?

Capturing this so it's not lost in a closed PR.

As @itowlson rightly points out here, the deny-all adapter (used to enforce configuration inheritance for component dependencies) is built AOT and included in-tree as a binary blob. Is there a better solution to this?

I think it would be possible to generate it with a build.rs; I don't know how much better that is...

Definitely possible to add a build.rs; however, agreed on whether it's "better"...

The other caveat is that to implement the follow-up work (to slice up adapters into atomic units) it's likely that this code will move to its own repo (which is why i didn't add a build.rs to begin with). When this work is done, the adapters will likely be inlined into the compose crate under an adapters/ directory similar to spin-componentizings inlining of the preview adapters....:shrug:
