This has been deprecated for a while, time to remove it. If users want to keep the type translation feature, they can upgrade their applications by implementing a delegate class.

Minitest depends on mutex_m but doesn't declare the dependency. It removes the dependency in newer (yet to be released) code, so lets declare this dev dep until minitest is upgraded
