[Torch] LoRa Radio fails to start on other profiles RC Nov 3

• Torch Firmware Version d2.3.
• Create 2nd profile
• Enable LoRa radio on 2nd Profile
• "No command mode" error

This is due to changes made for Flex hardware. loraEnterCommandMode() was incorrectly putting the device into muxSelectLoRaConfigure().
