Expected behavior

Limit options to 0 or positive integers

Actual behavior

Negative integers are allowed - could confuse user as to what that means.

This was completely reworked to use buttons (thanks @PaulZC!). Should be fixed now.

Closing since approach is to now use buttons. However, check the latest comment on Issue 230 - Buttons become jumbled via "Cfg Eth". I'll put all future menu/settings comments under Issue 230.
